The current setup can provide enough fruit and vegetables for a family of four and allows to stock-up for the winter months.
- Fenced-in vegetable garden (with rare, mature white asparagus plants - perennial)
- Orchard (dwarf fruit trees - apples, Asian pear, plum, peaches, cherries)
- Berries (raspberries, boysenberries, currants (red, black and champagne currants)
- Mason bees (non-stinging early pollinators who no not produce honey and do not need special care) - can be removed
- Wood shed with a one-year supply of dried/aged fire wood for masonry heater
- Outdoor faucet on separate water meter
- Multiple elctrical outlets
